Mixed-use – 155 apartments, 5,500sqft commercial
New-build mixed-use residential development in Barnet to replace an existing commercial block. A complex phased planning strategy has been successfully implemented to significantly reduce commercial re-provision and maximise residential accommodation.
The resulting development quantum set a new precedent for the area and allowed for more agile funding and delivery options. A further planning consent was secured for additional residential accommodation to an adjoining commercial site thus building on the principles established with the extant planning consent.
