Mixed-use – 106 apartments, 40,000sqft commercial

 

A mixed-use new-build development within a 1,12ha area in Camden, North London, stretched along the Thameslink railway with an 11-storey residential tower, a 40,000 sqft commercial building and a linear mansion block for a combined provision of 106 apartments.

The development proposals were promoted by London Borough Camden as part of the Council’s Community Investment Programme in 2018. Our team delivered the full quantum of accommodation and handed the commercial building back to London Borough Camden in compliance with the existing S106 agreement.

The affordable units are now occupied, under the ownership of the appointed Registered Provider.
