Part refurbishment and part new-build prime residential development in the Hampstead conservation area. Planning consent has been achieved to extend, convert and refurbish two existing Victorian grand houses maximising values while building on the original heritage features for 35 self-contained apartments with no on-site affordable housing provision.

A further planning application has been secured to deliver an exemplar new-build mansion block within the estate with a combined provision of 68 new apartments and townhouses. Construction is due to commence in Q2 2025.
