14 Netherhall Gardens
Residential, Conservation – 14 apartments
The project comprises two buildings in the Netherhall Conservation Area: Otto Schiff House, a period conversion and Otto Schiff Mansions, a new build. Each building features seven luxury apartments, all benefiting from underground parking.
A significant milestone for Gracie Group, the project draws inspiration from the rich history of Otto Schiff House, built in 1885. Otto led the Jewish Refugee Committee responsible for helping Jews escape Nazi-occupied Germany and Austria, is honoured through the restoration of the building, carefully maintaining its poignant architectural style as a tribute to his remarkable legacy.
The second building, Otto Schiff Mansions, offers a luxurious contemporary interpretation of this legacy. Designed by award-winning architects Squire & Partners, the scheme presents a modern take on traditional forms, enriched with sophisticated detailing.
The finished development was the recipient of an Evening Standard New Homes Award in 2018.
